You pay the academy. Each academy sets its own price — some are free to join, some charge a monthly subscription. Payment runs through Stripe at checkout; Coursfy takes its fee from the creator, never an extra charge to you.

Use the invite link they sent, or sign in with your organisation's single sign-on. Private academies — common for companies and public-sector training — never appear in the public catalogue and cost you nothing.

Yes. Plenty of academies publish free courses to open with. If the creator later adds paid content, you'll see the price before anything is charged.

You get a clear message in the academy, and your access runs to the end of your current subscription period. After that it expires — there's no silent cut-off and no charge for time you can't use.

Most academies issue a completion certificate with a unique verification link you can share on LinkedIn or with an employer. The academy page says whether certificates are included before you join.

Creating and setting up an academy is free. When you publish, you pick Starter, Growth or Elite and pay for that plan monthly. If you would rather we build it for you, that build is quoted separately after a short call.

You connect your own Stripe account once and payouts go straight there on Stripe's normal schedule. We never hold your earnings.

Yes. Private academies stay out of the public catalogue and let members in by invite link or single sign-on — the usual setup for companies, schools and public bodies.

You do. Your material stays yours, and you can export it or take your domain elsewhere if you ever stop running the academy with us.
