Sign up, name it, publish. A Starter academy goes live at coursfy.com/yourname, with yourname.coursfy.com from Growth — you can have a first course written and a first member in it this afternoon.

Onboarding, compliance and role training on your own domain — built out of the handbooks and documents you already have.
Both end in the same place. One starts in the next five minutes; the other starts with a call.

The right call when IT, procurement or a fixed launch date is involved. We scope it, quote a fixed setup price, build it alongside you and hand over the keys.
One real shape of academy, changed by the switcher above.
4 900 staff across 26 units. Patient safety and hygiene for everyone, plus electives anyone can take.
They see your name on the tab, your logo on the certificate, and your address in the bar.
An empty academy is the expensive part. Lumina writes the courses — from what you already have, or from the goal you can state in one sentence — and stays inside the lesson as a tutor once people are working through it.
See everything Lumina doesHandbooks, policy PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets. Lumina reads them and writes the course from what's in them.
Say what someone must be able to do by the end. Lumina plans the modules, writes the lessons and builds the checks that prove it.
A tutor that stays on while people work through it, answering from your material — not from the open internet.
Kept off your academy's course list, its public page and every catalogue. Members open it from a link you share.
Part of what membership includes, free or funded by you.
Pick a step to see what actually happens in it, who does it, and what you're looking at while it does.
No demo theatre. Four answers, and we can price the build.
You get the scope in writing with a fixed setup price. Nothing is built, and nothing is invoiced, until you approve it.
A closed academy for the people on your payroll or your register. It isn't listed anywhere and can't be found from outside.
A public page anyone can find and join — free, or paid at your price. Listed on Coursfy, and reachable from your own domain.
One brand, two audiences: staff behind SSO and the public in front of it. Same courses where they overlap, separate everywhere else.
No feature list dressed up. This is the whole surface, grouped the way you'll be asked about it.

A real academy on a Coursfy address. The way most people find out whether this works for them.
For academies that charge. Your brand carries the page, and money moves through your own Stripe account.
For organisations that want it to be theirs alone: your own domain, and no Coursfy name anywhere a member looks.
Every tier includes Lumina, the lesson tutor, certificates, member management, paid memberships and course sales, ratings and reviews, live webinars, and single sign-on (Entra, Google Workspace, SAML 2.0), set up with us. A build we run for you is quoted separately, once, after the scoping call.See plans and prices
Send them this. If something here isn't enough, say so on the call — it's easier to answer before the quote than after.
An organisation academy can run on your own identity provider — Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace or any SAML 2.0 provider. We set up the connection with your IT; nobody manages a second password.
A private academy is never listed in the Coursfy catalogue, its search or its sitemap. It exists at your address, for the people your provider lets in.
Academies use Coursfy’s managed AI providers. An academy cannot connect its own provider at this time.
The account owner can download the account's data at any time from the privacy settings — including the academies and courses they own. A set format for member records is worth raising during scoping.
The content is yours and the learner records are yours. Unpublishing hides an academy; it doesn't delete anything behind you.
Data processing agreement, hosting location, sub-processors and the accessibility statement — supplied during scoping, before you commit.
You pay for the academy and members join free. The normal shape for staff, students and citizens.
Members pay monthly or yearly for everything inside the academy. You set the price and the period.
Sell individual courses and keep the rest of the academy open. Useful for alumni and professional tracks.
Setup and branding take about a week. After that it's your content that sets the pace — a single course can go out in days, and most first cohorts start inside a month.
Twenty minutes is enough to tell you whether this fits your onboarding, what it costs, and when your first cohort could start.
