Hosting locations

The confirmed AWS region and the regions requiring deployment-specific confirmation are listed below:

• MongoDB Atlas — application database; the production region has not yet been confirmed
• AWS Amplify and Amazon S3 — eu-north-1 (Stockholm); delivery networks can serve content from locations worldwide
• Contact privacy@coursfy.com for backup and replica locations

Municipal & public-sector procurement

For kommuner and offentlig sektor:

• DPA and subprocessor list available on request
• SSO via SAML/OIDC (WorkOS, Auth0, or Okta) — no custom IdP from scratch
• Any EU-only requirement must be agreed and verified for the chosen services before they are used

International transfers

OpenAI, SendGrid, Twilio, Google Firebase and Stripe may process data outside the EEA. Anthropic, WorkOS and Okta apply only when enabled; Sentry also depends on its configured region. Applicable provider agreements and transfer safeguards must be confirmed before the relevant processing. See the Subprocessors page for provider details.
